The Kickoff: Tensnake - ON REPEAT 3: AS PART OF TIEF ON RINSE FM

Well last week was pretty much a complete fail. It started off with the snow, then the ice, and ended with me not feeling so well. So I'll redeem myself this week. Let's kick things off with a mix from Tensnake, the man who can produce no wrong. His album is exactly a month away, and it's already shaping up to be fantastic. I can't wait for March 10th!

This latest mix comes courtesy of Rinse FM, and aired live a few days ago. It's packed with some intense deep house for you to swoon over. I hope Tensnake comes back to the states soon. It's pretty much a guarantee that he'll destroy the dancefloor.

The Kickoff: Tensnake Boiler Room Mix

A god of the dancefloor and one of my all-time favorite dj/producers, Berlin's Tensnake can never be a let down. He simply destroys the London Boiler Room in this recent appearance. Now, there wasn't technically a tracklist for this, but of course people figure these things out. I didn't check all the tracks, but the one's I wanted to ID were correct. So keep reading to check out all that goodness. Enjoy!

Mix Monday: Alan Braxe, Tensnake, and DJ Falcon @ Vulture Music, Social Club Paris

This wouldn't be the first time I've complained about how Paris isn't easily (or rather cheaply) accessible from New Jersey. Even still, I subscribe to emails for venues overseas, and continue to be disappointed when I'm not able to go.

Last month, Alan Braxe, Tensnake, and DJ Falcon played the Social Club in Paris. They always seems to have incredible line-ups. Thanks to the graces of modern technology, we're all able to attend this one! Check it out, and make sure to grab Alan Braxe's latest EP after the jump. It's free!

Mix Monday: Tensnake - BBC Essential Mix (2013-02-16)

These BBC mixes have really been catching my ears lately. I promise it's not a main source of mixes. (Although, maybe it should be.) Here's another amazing BBC mix! This time, from German dj/producer Tensnake. Last year, I got to see Tensnake at Le Poisson Rouge in New York, and it was probably the best set I danced to all year. After listening to this mix, I think you'll understand. This is nearly two hours of insanely funky, deep house flawlessly blended together and available to download. Some new unreleased tracks and edits appear here, hopefully we get some of those in the near future.

Extra long playlist this week. The show got started at 7pm, instead of 8pm tonight. Sorry it took so long to get this playlist up. I had to type everything into my little Excel spreadsheet, and it took forever. Usually I just copy and paste, but that didn't  want to work. Ugh.

Mix Monday: Tensnake - DJ Set for Okini

Last night, I decided to ditch the radio show for Tensnake's set at Le Poisson Rouge. I love doing my show, but I have no regrets on my decision. Tensnake was amazing! Seriously, this was the best show I've been to in a while. If you get the chance, check him out. He'll be in Miami this week, and then he's back overseas. I think this mix is a bit more relaxed in comparison to last night's set, but maybe I'm simply to tired to get down at the moment. Whoa -- too tired to dance. That's new. Thanks Tensnake.
