It's very French house and jazzy, then it gets deeper as the mix progresses. These are the perfect vibes to celebrate your snow day. Hopefully you got one too!

So I started off a little chill, and then got into some moody, rainy day house vibes, then finished with some darker pop-influenced tracks. Get ready for some serious house to jump start your week. London duo Billon caught my ear recently, and if you listen to this mix or anything else they've made it's pretty self-evident. Between all the deep vibes and shuffling hi-hats, I just can't help but to move and groove to these beats. Ed Butler and Robbie Lamond first started popping up in 2013, but they're already well on their way to success. I can't wait to see what these guys have in store for the new year.

The Kickoff: Detroit Swindle | December Mix

Amsterdam's Detroit Swindle simply has some of the most incredible vibes in house music right now. They're certainly one of my favorites, and their debut full-length Boxed Out was my top album of 2014. Yes, this is a December mix, but I'm happy to start the new year off with the perfect party music.
